Legs Workout - Leg Stretches

Leg Stretches Exercise 1
1.Stand up with your hands on the wall. Bend your left leg and extend your right leg backward with your toes pointing forward.
2.Lean your body forward. Stretch the calf of your right leg without raising your right heel. Hold for 10 seconds.
3.Perform similar movements with the other leg.
4.Repeat this set of movements 5 times.

Leg Stretches Exercise 2
1.Hold onto a stable object with your right hand while standing. Use the left hand to pull the right leg towards your buttock. Hold for 5 seconds.
2.Perform similar movements with the right hand and the left leg.
3.Repeat this set of movements 5 times.
